But what is Mental Fitness?

In a nutshell, mental fitness is all about improving your performance in every area of your life by taking control of your psychological and emotional wellbeing. 

It’s basically how good (or bad) the interaction you have with yourself and the world around you is – how healthy that relationship is, and what it looks like.
